Hannah Rail has a diverse academic background, including earning an Associate of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Philosophy, a Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a Certificate of Acupuncture from accredited institutions. As a Rotary Club committee chair, she’s deeply involved in professional and business communities and has extensive experience writing policy and procedure manuals as an administrative consultant in law, real estate, and public relations.
