Diane Gayeski, Ph.D. is Professor of Strategic Communication at Ithaca College’s Roy H. Park School of Communications where she also served as Dean for 11 years. An acknowledged thought leader and innovator in new technologies and practices for learning and communication, she holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration with an emphasis on Educational Technology from the University of Maryland. Through Gayeski Analytics, she’s led more than 300 consulting and professional development engagements for clients worldwide, helping them to assess and adopt innovative tools and trends; among her client are the US Navy Fleet and Family Readiness branch, Cornell University, Panasonic, Abbott Diagnostics and the Ministry of Education of Turkey. The author of 13 books, she’s a frequent speaker at conferences and was named a Fellow by the International Association of Business Communicators.
She specializes in bridging the worlds of academic research and corporate practice, helping college students and their future employers become prepared for each other, and developing innovative designs for new educational technologies.
